Request cards

We can post a physical pack of Playful by Design cards to you free of charge upon request. In return, we ask that you complete a short (5-minute) feedback form within four weeks of receiving the cards. Please complete the short form below. We will use your answers and any feedback that you may provide to measure the cards’ outreach, uptake and impact. We will handle the information you provide according to 5Rights’ privacy notice.
